Tom Custos AML Wiki

Tom Custos AML Wiki is the public knowledge layer for AML/KYC/KYB operations and local AML agents.

It explains practical AML concepts, review workflows, evidence handling, discrepancy control, escalation logic and analyst-review boundaries in a form that can be read by analysts, compliance teams, LLM agents and RAG systems.

The wiki is aligned with TCAML — Open AML Agent Framework, the open-source framework published at:

What this wiki is for#

Use this wiki to understand:

  • AML/KYC/KYB fundamentals;
  • CDD, EDD, UBO, PEP, sanctions and adverse media review logic;
  • operation workflow patterns for onboarding, screening, rescreening and escalation;
  • evidence collection and audit trail discipline;
  • S010 verification and stagegate control;
  • how LLM-generated AML drafts should remain human-supervised.

How it relates to TCAML#

The wiki explains the knowledge and operational logic.

The TCAML Framework repository provides the machine-readable framework logic: AML skills, schemas, templates, S010 stagegates, local runner, LLM-to-S010 bridge and model-agnostic orchestration interface.

Public boundary#

This wiki does not provide legal advice, sanctions advice, customer data, source credentials, AML database access, private risk thresholds or final compliance decisions.

Each implementation must apply its own jurisdictional rules, policies, source access, risk appetite and responsible analyst review.
