AML Knowledge Ecosystem

The Tom Custos AML Knowledge Base is one layer in a wider open AML agent framework.

Layers#

Public wiki knowledge
→ TCAML Framework
→ S010 schemas and gate controls
→ deterministic local runner
→ LLM bridge and orchestration interface
→ private implementation profile
→ analyst review and compliance decision

Public knowledge layer#

The public wiki explains universal AML/KYC/KYB concepts and operations:

  • CDD / KYC;
  • EDD;
  • beneficial ownership;
  • PEP exposure;
  • sanctions and targeted financial sanctions;
  • adverse media;
  • STR / SAR and tipping-off;
  • VASP / crypto AML;
  • TBML;
  • geographic and digital jurisdiction exposure;
  • evidence capture and case-file discipline.

TCAML Framework layer#

The TCAML Framework repository packages public AML logic into skills, workflows, templates, schemas and runner/orchestration utilities that can be used by local AML agents and RAG systems.

Private implementation layer#

Each adopter must configure private implementation details separately, including local policies, source credentials, commercial data access, domestic reporting workflows, model profiles and final decision authority.

Accountability layer#

The framework supports AML work. It does not remove accountability from the responsible compliance team. Final decisions remain with the responsible compliance team, MLRO or authorized reviewer.
